Last updated

Who can create a survey?

Users with maintainer, board-member, or executive-director personas can create surveys. Contributors can respond to surveys they receive.

What is NPS and how does it work?

Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures how likely respondents are to recommend your project on a scale of 0 to 10. Respondents scoring 9โ€“10 are "promoters," 7โ€“8 are "passives," and 0โ€“6 are "detractors." The NPS is calculated as the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors.

How do respondents access a survey?

Survey links are shared by the survey creator with respondents directly.

Can I see individual survey responses?

Select a survey to view its responses and results. Use the survey settings to edit or close it.

Can I edit a survey after it has been published?

Contact your project administrator to make changes to a published survey.

How do I see which surveys are still open?

Use the Open and Closed tabs on the My Surveys page to filter surveys by status.

Why don't I see any surveys?

Make sure you have the correct project selected in the lens switcher. Surveys are scoped to a project context.

What is the difference between Surveys and Votes?

Surveys collect general feedback and opinions from a broad audience. Votes are formal decision-making polls used in governance contexts, such as committee elections or policy decisions.
