Create a Survey

How to create a new survey for your project in LFX Self Serve.

This article applies to users with maintainer, board-member, or executive-director personas. Use this guide to create a new survey for your project community.

Before you begin

Confirm you have the correct project selected in the lens switcher. The new survey will be associated with the currently active project context.

Steps

  1. Sign in to app.lfx.dev.
  2. Select My Surveys from the left navigation.
  3. Select the option to create a new survey.
  4. Fill in the survey details, including title, description, questions, and any date or audience settings.
  5. Save or publish the survey to make it available to respondents.

After creation

The survey appears on the My Surveys page. Respondents can access it via the survey link.

Permissions

Only users with maintainer, board-member, or executive-director personas can create surveys. If you do not see the create option, contact your project administrator.
