Schedule a Meeting
How to create a new project meeting in LFX Self Serve.

This article applies to users with maintainer, board-member, or executive-director personas. Use this workflow to create a new meeting for your project group.
Before you begin
Confirm you have the correct project and group selected. Meetings are associated with a specific project committee or group. The active project context in your lens switcher determines which project the meeting is linked to.
Steps
- Sign in to app.lfx.dev.
- Select My Meetings from the left navigation.
- Select the option to schedule a new meeting.
- Fill in the meeting details, including title, date, time, and any recurrence or conferencing settings.
- Save the meeting.
After scheduling
The meeting appears on the Upcoming tab of My Meetings. Invited participants will see it in their meetings list.
Add the meeting to your calendar
After saving, download the meeting as an ICS file to add it to your calendar application. The ICS file includes the meeting title, time, and join link.
