Manage Documents

How to browse and manage project documents in LFX Self Serve.

This article applies to users with maintainer, board-member, or executive-director personas. Use the Documents section to find and work with files associated with your project.

Browse documents

  1. Sign in to app.lfx.dev.
  2. Select Documents from the left navigation sidebar.
  3. The documents dashboard shows all documents available for your current project context.
  4. Select a document to view its details.

Filter and search documents

Use the All Sources, Links, Meetings, and Mailing Lists tabs to filter documents by source.

View document details

Select a document from the list to open its detail view. The detail view shows:

  • Document name and description

Upload a document

Document upload availability depends on your project role. If upload is available, use the upload option on the My Documents page.

Switch project context

Documents are scoped to a specific project or foundation. Use the lens switcher in the top navigation to change your active project or foundation. The documents list updates automatically.
