What purchases appear in my transaction history?

Your transaction history includes all purchases made through the LFX platform under your account, such as training course enrollments, certification exams, and event registrations.

Can I download a receipt or invoice?

Receipt availability varies by transaction type. Select a transaction to see available options.

Why is a purchase missing from my transaction history?

Recent purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear in LFX Self Serve. If a purchase is still missing after 48 hours, contact LFX support with your order confirmation.

Can I request a refund through LFX Self Serve?

Who can see my transactions?

You can only see your own transactions. Other users and project administrators cannot access your billing history.

I was charged incorrectly. Who do I contact?

Contact LFX support through the Help Center. Include the transaction date, amount, and item name so the support team can investigate.
