What is the difference between Settings and Profile?
Settings (/settings) manages your account security and access credentials — email addresses, password, two-factor authentication, and your developer API token. Profile (/profile) manages your personal information — such as your name, work history, affiliations, and connected identities. Both are accessible from the left navigation.
Does LFX Self Serve have notification preferences?
LFX Self Serve does not currently include a notification preferences section in Settings. Email and password settings are managed at /settings.
Are my settings shared across devices?
Account settings (email, password, API token) are tied to your LFX account and apply across all devices.
Who do I contact if a setting isn't working?
Contact LFX support through the Help Center. Describe the setting you changed and the behavior you expected.
